I feel the same thing when it comes to school. I'm in high school and it is like this, but without the uniforms, yes, It's clearly what I call a WIN and others call, "TRUE".

Lets go bathing in the rain is a good way to ruin the uniform. But very funny in the context. People seem to enjoy it.
Plus, it is a spoof of a very popular Green Day song. Not the first time I've seen a spoof like this.
And lastly, the Billie Joe photo. PERFECT cover of the context reading. Escpecially at this point. HA. A+.
